Todd Sturgell

Todd Sturgell has spent more than 30 years serving in ministry, leadership, and creative strategy at Stevens Creek Church in Augusta, Georgia, where he currently serves as Executive Pastor of Experience. Throughout his career, Todd has helped shape worship experiences, build thriving teams, launch campuses, and lead creative ministries with a passion for excellence, authenticity, and people.

As a longtime "second chair" leader, Todd has a unique perspective on leadership behind the scenes — helping leaders carry vision, strengthen culture, and create environments where people can encounter God. His heart for mentoring and encouraging church leaders led to the creation of The Leader's Table Network, a space designed to equip worship leaders, creatives, pastors, and second-chair leaders through coaching, cohorts, roundtables, and practical leadership resources.

Todd is passionate about helping leaders build healthy teams, create meaningful worship experiences, and stay grounded in both spiritual and personal growth. Known for his conversational style, practical wisdom, and creative approach to ministry, he brings encouragement and real-life experience to every room he leads.

Todd and his wife, April, have been married for 30 years and live in the Augusta area. Together they have two sons, Ashton and Grayson.
