Small groups of 6 to 8 leaders, meeting monthly over 90 minutes on Zoom. Guided discussion, honest conversation, and a hot seat format that puts real leadership challenges at the center of the room. Cohorts run 6 or 12 months, each one built around a specific leadership context.
Worship Leader Cohort
Leading worship is more than choosing songs.
It's building a team, cultivating a creative culture, and designing experiences that genuinely help people encounter God — week after week, at a sustainable pace. The Worship Leader Cohort is a coaching environment built specifically for worship pastors and creative leaders. Through guided discussion, practical coaching, and peer conversation, leaders develop stronger teams, better processes, and the kind of leadership depth that sustains a creative ministry long-term. If you lead worship and you want to grow as a leader while connecting with others who understand what that actually requires — this is for you.
Executive Pastor Cohort
The most complex role in the church.
You're responsible for turning vision into reality, building systems that hold, and developing the kind of culture that keeps growing. Often without much of a roadmap. This cohort is built for second-chair leaders who want sharper clarity, stronger organizational instincts, and an honest space to work through the real pressures of executive leadership. We'll cover leading culture, developing leaders, navigating difficult conversations, and supporting senior leadership without losing your own.
Multisite Strategy Cohort
Going multisite is exciting. It's also complex.
The decisions you make early — about leadership structure, culture alignment, and campus systems — shape everything that comes after. This cohort brings together leaders who are preparing for multisite, launching campuses, or already leading within a multisite environment. We'll work through the real challenges: central team dynamics, campus leader development, culture replication, and sustainable growth. From leaders who are walking the same road.
